eLearning is an effective online delivery method to teach learners. The delivery methods may be asynchronous, synchronous webinar presentations, hybrid courses, with the potential of having a global reach.  eLearning provides the Instructional Designer with a variety of options for presentation, interactivity, and  sequencing of activities and concepts to foster learning, and long-term memory of information. eLearning courses have the capability to be developed in a very short time with the use of many technology tools that simplify the design, development and delivery processes. The eLearning courses that have developed have been created in Articulate Storyline 2 and Adobe Captivate.
